David Feller founded Mogo in 2003 and currently serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chair of our Board. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Feller has grown Mogo into Canada's leading digital wallet and payments company with over 2 million members, annual revenues exceeding $57 million and more than 300 team members including Carta. During that time, he led the Company through equity and debt financings totaling more than $500 million, securing two credit facilities with a leading global investment firm, the Company's IPO on the TSX and subsequent public offerings. Mr. Feller is passionate about using technology and design to deliver innovative digital solutions that help consumers improve their financial health. He is a former member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) of Canada and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Feller’s experience leading the business along with his responsibilities for the strategic direction, product innovation and management of Mogo’s day to day operations, bring broad industry and specific institutional knowledge and experience to the Board.

Gregory Feller is a co-founder of Mogo and has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2011, and has served as a member of our Board of Directors and President of the Company since April 2015. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Feller was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Technology Investment Banking Group at Citadel Securities, a financial services group. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Feller was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, a global financial institution. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Feller was a Managing Director with Lehman Brothers where he worked from 2001 to 2008 and a Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Feller has a Bachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.
