Mogo repurchases 4.4% of outstanding shares since June 2022

Company repurchased a total of 474,353 shares in 2023 and 600,000 shares in 2022

1.7 million additional shares (or 7% of outstanding shares) remain authorized for repurchase until March 21, 2024

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 2, 2024 – Mogo Inc. (NASDAQ:MOGO) (TSX:MOGO) (“Mogo” or the “Company”), one of Canada’s leading financial technology companies, today announced that, during the 12 months ended December 31, 2023, the Company repurchased and cancelled 474,353 common shares under its share buyback program on NASDAQ and its normal course issuer bid on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”). Including the 600,000 common shares repurchased in 2022 under the NASDAQ buyback program, the Company has repurchased 1,074,353 common shares to date, representing 4.4% of the Company’s current outstanding common shares. The Company currently has 24.5 million common shares issued and outstanding.

All common share amounts and prices referred to in this press release have been adjusted to reflect the Company's 3:1 share consolidation that was implemented in August 2023.
